2017 Table of Events on Anne Street

Please Note: I do not sit with camera-in-hand to take images of my neighbors. My workspace is the corner of a porch where I have solar shades painted flat black on one side so on sunny days I don't have interferring light. I become aware of my neighbors when they drive up with radios blaring. I can hear them from a block away. While walking, I have observed them roll down their window and turn up the radio a block from my house. Are they pathetic?

My neighbors were right, the signs were coming down.
When the signs went up, I was told the street was too narrow for any parking on either side. Now, the black neighbors "No parking" signs were removed while the white homeowner cannot park in front of his house because his No parking signs remain up. The street did not get wider nor did the skin color of the residents change.
Who in the Richmond Police Department authorized these signs to be removed?
