Points that I want to emphasize which I hope you will echo:

My neighbor's origional sworn warrant of March 10, 2018, was full
of lies. She should be arrested for perjury. From my one-second
"Haven't you learned?" on a public street, the following
warrant was written. (lies in red)
Again, I have not been on their property since 2012.

The March 31, 2018, violation of a protective and trespassing order (dismissed
by Judge Cheek) a result of "denial of due process" since I was never told
of the original March 10 warrant so as to defend myself.

Furthermore, the police & commonwealth attorney judged Betty Ann Brown's
claim of my violating the March 10 order to be, in fact, a case of assault
and battery by her upon my person.
In addition, the claim that I was stalking them is bogus for a number of
reasons.

I never video recorder their actions unless provoked by their breaking a
law: Is it stalking when one records others breaking laws? Again,
Is it stalking when one records others breaking laws? In all cases,
they drew attention to their actions by loud, illegal noise (90db, 15 over
law limit).

Since Mr. Hess planted the seed of "stalking" I have watched them violate
laws with their springing out to record my video recording their law-breaking.
I imagine they will offer their videos of proof of my being a stalker. A
really bizarre video is another daughter (Regina) parking her car in my wife's
parking space of 40 years--150 feet from where Regina normally parks.
Watch as I record her coming around the corner with her cellphone already
recording me. Jason?

I intend to file a complaint with the state bar association against Mr. Hess
for encouraging this false warrant against me as well as encouraging law-breaking
and uncivility by the Blanders against me.
