Greetings,

An irony is how the police who are a conduit of information to the Betty Ann Brown on Anne Street have had their children endangered by these childcare workers as the following video recordings show. Once again, I was not a 24/7 snoop but a worker whose privacy and peace of mind were repeatedly destroyed by noisy radios when the neighbors come and gone. The quietude for a month in mid-2017 was destroyed when the "No Parking" signs were removed on my neighbor's side of Anne Street after which the daughter started the noisy parking once again. Thank RPD and DPU.

  1. No child seat as child is removed from front seat, passenger side.

    1. When I went to visibly confirm closeup, Betty Ann Brown started yelling me. I called the police. There was no child seat in the front.
  3. Smoking around little kids

I was glad when signs went down.

CrowJimism: Racial Privileges Abnegating Public Laws.

  1. Privilege is Latin for private law. When the RPD and DPU reversed the public regulation that was the basis for the DPU supervisor saying that Anne Street was too narrow for any parking, it was
  2. One cannot privilege on citizen without de-privileging another. This was a key part of Jim Crow as whites de-privileged blacks and it is a key part of my being de-privilege. One day I will learn the name of the black city worker who de-privileged me by removing Betty Ann Brown's "No Parking" signs while leaving the signs  up on my side of Anne Street.
