Dear Mr. Herring,

Since 2012, I have not been on the neighbor's property. I have not`used profanity.  I have not threatened them with a gun. I have not initiated any action: All my interactions have been reactions to their breaking laws that have been harmful to my property and rights under the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution. I have told the neighbors that if they continue in their illegal activities that their actions will end up costing them their parking, their jobs, and, possibly, their home. Attempting to solve the Anne Street crimes through the police department and city council has failed.

The neighbors are persistent, prevaricating pinocchios, i.e., pathological liars. If I had done these things, I would already be incarcerated.
