Federal Reserve Reform Law

The Federal Reserve is responsible for the money supply and controlling inflation. Two reforms are needed:

  1. When concerned about inflation, the Federal Reserve Bank should reduce the workweek by changing when overtime starts. When it is concerned about economic sluggishness, it will lower the interest it charges on money lent to banks. The goal of the Federal Reserve Bank will be a 24 hour workweek in 4 years with interest rates in the range of 1% to 2%, zero inflation or productive deflation.   2. When the Federal Reserves expands the money supply, it should be to medical savings accounts of people who volunteer in the community as quantified by lifehour accumulation.
