Timism.com: An Internet Startup with Royalties Split between Newspaper and University Hierarchy.

The tools of timism, especially brainbees and votetime, will provide a steady stream of cash which the originator of Timism does not want. Wanted is better democracy and capitalism so he can die in a safer, saner world. Toward this goal, he has designed the rapid growth of Timism to reflect which universities and newspapers most actively support timism proposals.

Besides the on-going cashflow from the Tools of Timism, a one-time massive cash infusion will occur with Timism's IPO/LBO. While the initial one-million accounts are free, thereafter, supporters have to pay one hour wages to sign up, an average $25, or $25 million per one million accounts. Why would people signup? For the 24in4 refinancing of all their debts into a jumbo loan with profit-sharing payback. Would you pay one hour wage to refinance all you loans to zero or one percent interest? With the total membership limited to the first 100,000,000 that is $2.5 billion to be distributed among the education and media.

(Of the first paying million supporters, upwards of $10,000,000 will be needed to pay accumulated debt before and after launching Timism. Disbursement will be at each 1,000,000 accounts or quarterly. Foreign counterparts to Timism are self-funding with no funds transfered to the U.S. Timism.)

Cash received will be split between the education and media entities. The distribution of the cash with each will follow a system akin real estates split between lister and agent. Both education and media have three levels reflecting the political levels: 1 national, 50 state and 435 districts.

Caveats:

  1. Education funds are divided between mass comm and computer departments, both on-going and IPO/LBO.
  2. Media funds are divided in two ways.
    1. IPO/LBO funds are divided two ways: 50% to newspaper owner(s) and 50% to employees. The latter is based on one's percentage of total all employee months of employment.
    2. On-going funds go to support the investigative reporting.

How to become an educational or newspaper cog in Timism money machine.

    1. Newspaper are based on publication of basic Timism problem descriptions and reform proposals.
    2. The one national and fifty state royalty-holders must be daily news papers. District rights holders can be weekly rags.
