Re: Robert Barnett (6096)

Dear Ms. Pond,

By the document date, you can see I have sat on this for a while. Thinking of other vets in the same situation motivated me to send it.

  1. By your definitions, I am not a threat to anyone but myself. However, that is neither official nor formal because I do not want the V.A. to feel it has carte blanc to seize me when I am on V.A. property as a potential threat to others or myself.
  2. Once again, it is laughable to consider that I would stoop to harming others in petty ways when through Timism I can harm all by simply doing nothing. Timism cannot only explain the mechanics of climate change based on the primary common organic property of CO2 but prescribe how to begin to reverse climate change.
  3. If you have not read or viewed any of my writings, you should so as to be optimal in your decision-making for you and yours in the near future. Prepare for disasters, not March Madness.
  4. How much has this extreme winter cost you? Richmond? Virginia? United States? Humanity? Nothing ... compared to inferno of the 2014 or 2015 summer of drought and mega-fires--see Polar Timebomb.
  5. You cannot respect or validate the following statement unless you have the integrity of intellect and intelligence to "re-inspect" the writings and conclusions of timism.

If I withhold my prescription for reversing global warming then I am doing nothing different from the V.A.'s withholding my prescriptions for a stable, saner existence. If I withhold my prescription (like the V.A. toward me) then you will find your stress and frustration worsening in the coming months from accelerating climate change .
  6. Increasingly, I find a sadistic tendency to do nothing so as to watch all the mean people who denied me fair and equal treatment. They will become meaningless people as Mother Nature destroys humanity's means to survive. We have less and less means to live. We are in an existential meltdown. I would not risk this sadistic pleasure by engaging in a petty harm to a few V.A. staffers when I know that I qualify for a V.A.-wide certificate of "Evil triumphs when good men do not act."
  7. V.A. staffers should not worry about me but worry about the person next door or next cubicle as ... less means ... means ... more meanies. (This is derived from the essays and vid on the meaning of life which I dedicated to the V.A. ER staff when they acted professionally after my seeming stroke.)
  8. Instead of badgering me into saying what you wanted me to say on the phone--which I referenced in the middle of our telephone conversation--you should have said to your superiors, "Why isn't this guy getting his medication? His narcolepsy is making him frustrated and angry. If he is right, our wasting his time is wasting our time in ever increasing amounts." Your failure to do this calls into question your professonalism:
    1. If a vet complains about mistreatment, the solution is not a gulag solution. In the Soviet Union, when a person complained about official corruption, incompetence or malfescence, they were thrown into psychiatric wards.
    2. Really, that is what you have knowingly or unknowingly participated in when you spun my complaints into an issue of suicide or homicide. Either way, it is unprofessional. I hope you will not in the future mistreat any other vets in this demeaning, insulting and disrespectful manner.
  9. Remember these words: Within two years, you will feel like you are in Syria as Mother Nature worsens winters and infuriates summers. Not long after our hell-on-earth inferno, we will all envy the passengers on Malaysia Flight 370.
  10. The reason for one having a gun is not to harm others. One needs a gun to avoid internment in the communal concentration camps that are now metastasizing from the expanding global holocaust of gassing Mother Earth with our CO2-sinning. Examples are numerous and growing with the latest media du jour darling being Syria while the African refugee camps continue to grow in number.
  11. Behind every headline-grabbing human disaster is the disappearing foodchain caused by the CO2-sinning of our overpopulation. When food was plentiful, the Sunnis did not discriminate against the Shiites nor did the African Muslims against the African Christians. Food is why Russia invaded Crimea as a prelude to invading Ukraine, one of the five breadbaskets of the world. Yet, the dumb Crimeans complaining about empty foodshelves have invited a hungry wolve into their homes.
  12. Remember this the next time when you say in the grocery store ,"Darn. More inflation. When will it stop?" It will stop when you wish you had food inflation instead of food absence.
  13. Did the slaves who could not swim commit suicide when they jumped off the slaveships in the middle of the ocean? Or, did they commit liberation akin to Gandhi's serenity when he said to the arresting officers, "You can take my body but not my person."
  14. And, I will be able to say to one and all, "I told you so." Why would I hurt a single person so as to deny myself the pleasure of being a zoo-visitor?
  15. A funny thought: Given I am not into harming any of you but I recognize I could reach the end of my rope in anger and resentment toward my V.A. mistreatment. If I decide to commit suicide at the entry of a V.A. facility the V.A. security might shoot me to death ... a new version of suicide by cop killing.
  16. Because of my inablity to concentrate on issues (timism.com) that have pre-occupied my existence, my new reality is forced upon me from the frustration engendered by not being able to stay awake long enough to think on other matters. Only the stimulating effect of the anger-induced adrenaline surge powers the keystroking of these missives seeking a re-instatement of what was a benefit for almost a decade, a $9/month prescription of an anti-narcoleptic medication.
  17. In summary,
    1. All the energy I put into seeking medication and justice from the V.A. is taken away from my helping you, the V.A., Richmond, etc.
    2. I wish I had not talked to you because my issues have not been my sanity and safety but mistreatment by the V.A. which you did not address. Are you a go-along bureaucrat or a conscious social helper.
    3. I am now more prone to commit the self-harm as a result of talking to you because my real issue was igknowed.
    4. I realize that the V.A. has packaged my legitmate complaints as mental problems so as to marginalize my complaints. Thus, I am no different than the Russian dissidents who were hospitalized as mental cases after complaining of incompetence and corruption.
    5. I hope you, like the rest of the V.A. staff, are more considerate and sensitive to other vets than you have been to my mistreatment by the V.A. But, this is a hopeless hope.
    6. I don't need mental help. The V.A. needs moral help.

P.S. I have no intention of visiting the V.A. McGuire in light of the treatment in the E.R. room in March, 2013, (lectured on being a better V.A. patient) and the nature of your questioning. My case for medication is clear and longstanding (both in and out of the V.A. records) which warrants a medication prescription which no dancing or prancing, real or unreal, changes. I am not interested in trying to live forever in a world that is going to become unlivable in a few years. I desire treatment for my well-documented narcolepsy and not any of my other normal aging ailments. Is it right to deny a patient treatment for a known illness because he hasn't crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's of a local medical dictatorship? Does not the emergency room rule apply for treating all patients regardless of their primary care regularity? If I show up at the V.A. ER with a broken limb, will I be denied treatment because, with good cause and documentation,  I don't trust the V.A.'s primary care providers? Remember, which came first, the abuse or my ignored complaints? Which came first? My chicken or the V.A.'s carton of eggs.

P.S.P.S. When you ask someone if they are suicidal, it seems you have several responses:

  1. I'm craving attention so I will say I am suicidal.
  2. I'm suicidal and homicidal so I will say no so as to maintain my freedom for mayham when I choose so I will say no.
  3. I'm suicidal but I am embarrassed to admit to others so I will say no.
  4. I'm suicidal and am waiting for the right time to express my resentment toward Mother Nature for her cruel joke of consciousness and free will so I will say no.
  5. This was written before the explosion of media reports of V.A. mistreatment nationwide. How can one justify the obvious hypocrisy of claiming to help while the opposite is the case?
