Whistle Blowers Wanted

Misdeeds in organizations are not done without the assistance or observation by subordinates. It is usually useless to ask subordinates to directly report on superiors because of the subordinates' career concerns. Because Robert Barnett believes the harassment could not have been initiated by subordinates but by superiors dependent on subordinates, he requests help via "dollar bill whistle-blowing."

  1. Detail any knowledge you have of decisions made by superiors or peers regarding Robert S. Barnett at a V.A. facility, in particular the McGuire facility in Richmond, Virginia. Include who, when and where.
  2. Instead of signing the document, copy the serial numbers from a dollar bill which you are to save for the later reward.
  3. Mail the letter to
    Robert Barnett (Whistle Blower)
    c/o Timism
    Box 8841
    Richmond, Virginia 23225

When Barnett's claim against the V.A. is settled by "loan or litigation", $50,000 will be divided among the whistle-blowers via an attorney. The dollar bill serial number will serve as a claim check like the numbers on a lottery ticket.

Either you or another person can show up to claim the whistle-blower reward. You will also be protected by attorney-client priviledge. The attorney will be posted at a convenient place for you: The main entry to McGuire V.A. Medical Center.
