Assets of current taxing and policy-making bodies will be inventoried with sale on eBay to the newly created Manheaven entities. Imitating the Profitable debt payoff, credits and debits per individual/institution will be assigned from the members of the extincted entities to the new entities. If an individual lives in both the extinct former and the created latter, the accounting will be a wash with the new owing nothing to the old.
